Submission Methods

1. All papers should be written in English and must not be less than 4 pages in length. If your paper exceeds 6 pages in length, you need to pay for the additional pages.

2. Send the full paper(word+pdf) to Online Submission System or via Email: icmctconf@126.com; before the submission deadline.

3. Please mark “submission + contact number” when you submit papers.

Contribution Guidelines

1. All submitted papers MUST be written in English.

2. Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.

3. All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.

4. Crosscheck Powered by iThenticate will be used for plagiarism and AI check. The amount of duplication from previously published content and AI rate detection should be less than 20%; If the amount of duplication and AI rate detection is 20% - 30%, modification maybe required; If the repetition rate and AI rate detection results both exceed 30%, the article will be rejected

5. Any behavior involving the manipulation or fabrication of data generated by AI violates academic integrity and may lead to serious ethical issues. If the author has used AI tools and large language models, they must clearly state in the article's acknowledgments section that the following information is provided: the full name and version of the AI tools used, the specific usage method, and the prompt used. 

Guidelines for AI Tools

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT or Large Language Models in research publications is expanding rapidly. COPE joins organisations, such as WAME and the JAWANETWORK among others, to state that AI tools cannot be listed as an author of a paper. AI tools cannot meet the requirements for authorship as they cannot take responsibility for the submitted work. As non-legal entities, they cannot assert the presence or absence of conflicts of interest nor manage copyright and license agreements

Limitations on the Reasonable Use of GenAI Tools: GenAI tools cannot be used to initiate an original research project without human guidance, nor can they be used to complete the entire research process of writing a paper. GenAI tools should only serve as auxiliary tools and cannot replace the author in conducting independent academic research. Additionally, GenAI tools cannot be listed as authors of the paper, as they do not possess the capability to create knowledge or assume academic responsibility.
