Submission Methods

1. All papers should be written in English and must not be less than 4 pages in length. If your paper exceeds 6 pages in length, you need to pay for the additional pages.

2. Send the full paper(word+pdf) to Online Submission System or via Email: icmctconf@126.com; before the submission deadline.

3. Please mark “submission + contact number” when you submit papers.

Contribution Guidelines

1. All submitted papers MUST be written in English.

2 .Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.

3. All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.

4. Article repetition rate cannot be higher than 20%, otherwise it will be rejected directly.

Publishing Ethics for Authors

Authors are committed to the following ethical standards and instructions, in compliance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)

Originality, Plagiarism and Multiple Submission

Declare that they have written entirely original works and appropriately cited or quoted the work and/or words of others, and that the manuscript is not published elsewhere, nor under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Authorship

Check all co-authors meet criteria for authorship and ensure appropriate acknowledgements made in the manuscript.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors should disclose any conflicts of interest that may influence the findings or the interpretation of the article to the editors as soon as possible.

Availability and Accessibility of Research Data

Authors should indicate in the submitted article where the data and the scripts for analyses are available and accessible.

Fundamental Errors in Published Articles

Inform the publisher if author subsequently find errors in their research.

Call for Reviewers

All submitted papers will go through the peer-review process, we are calling for reviewers. If you would like to be a reviewer for the conference, please send your English CV via Email

Reviewer Qualifications

•   PhD level or above

•   Active researchers in the related field

•   At least have one or more recent publications in peer-reviewed journals

Reviewer Responsibilities

•   Keep the manuscripts to be reviewed as confidential documents

•  Give constructive review comments, not just simple Accept or Reject

•   Send back the review comments within two to three weeks
